I am a fully qualified and accredited Psychological Therapist (BACP and NCPS). I work with adults and young people, face-to-face in Exeter, Topsham and Totnes, as well as online. I offer in the room therapy. I also offer walk-and-talk sessions in nature-creating space for movement, breath and grounding, where the natural world becomes part of the healing process.
My approach weaves together psychology, neuroscience and trauma-informed care to support a wide range of challenges including trauma recovery, grief, depression, relationship challenges, neurodiversity, anxiety, and navigating life's transitions.

These one-off or short-term sessions are designed to offer clarity, support, and tailored guidance for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Drawing on my expertise in integrative nutrition, functional medicine, and mind-body practices, we’ll explore the root causes of your concerns—whether it’s stress, fatigue, hormonal imbalance, or life overwhelm—and co-create a personalised plan to help you feel more balanced, energised, and in tune with yourself.
Wellbeing Experiences
Immersive, restorative, and soul-nourishing, these curated experiences blend
breathwork, mindfulness, creative expression, somatic movement, and ritual to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and regulate your nervous system. I offer walk and talk (Eco-therapy) sessions, bringing the enchanting beauty of local National Trust properties to a new dimension, where nature plays part of the dynamics of the therapy sessions.

Wellbeing Experiences
Workshops . Circles . Retreats
I offer connection, collective healing, and wellbeing circles, each year centred around a unique theme—this year focusing on women’s healing, and next year exploring the gender gap and relationships. I also facilitate workshopsdesigned to help individuals, organisations, and communities become more psychologically informed and cultivate resilience. Additionally, I host an annual retreat by the sea in Egypt, offering a deeply immersive experience of healing, rest, rejuvenation, and vitality.
